Eads, Colorado, has recently become an Affiliate of the Colorado Main Street Program, a state initiative designed to boost downtown revitalization and support local businesses.
On October 2, 2023, Gayle Langley, the program’s head, will visit Eads to offer a detailed presentation on how the town can best utilize the program’s resources. Langley’s discussion will highlight the tools, training, and potential funding available to Eads, using success stories from other towns as examples.

- Time: Refreshments at 6:00 PM. Presentation starts at 6:30 PM.
Attendees will learn how other towns have benefited from the program, ask questions about its implementation in Eads, and provide input on the town’s direction moving forward.
Following Langley’s presentation, there will be a community discussion regarding Prairie Pines’ intention to apply for a USDA grant to replace the facility’s original dining chairs. Feedback and support from community members are essential and will be encouraged during this time.
This event is an opportunity for residents to understand the town’s new affiliation better and provide input on local community projects.
